Onco-D-Clare Plus

Early Biological Pre-Screening for Cancer Risk with CTC Detection

Onco-D-Clare Plus is a pre-screening blood test designed to help doctors assess whether the body is showing early biological signals associated with cancer risk, based on immune and cellular responses.

In addition, Onco-D-Clare Plus includes an added layer of circulating tumor cell (CTC) assessment, which provides additional clinical context. When CTCs are detected, this information may support the decision for closer surveillance or further conventional evaluation, as determined by the treating doctor.

How does Onco-D-Clare Plus work?

Cancer Screening incorporating PBMC reactivity, immune status and circulating tumor cell quantification.

Gene Expression Analysis

With over 90 genes analyzed as part of the Onco-D-Clare Plus test, it generates a comprehensive gene expression profile, empowering you with detailed information for informed decision-making.

CTC Count

Isolation of malignant cells using flow cytometry with after which the circulating tumor cells are then counted and assessed

Immune Function

Flow cytometry is performed for the requested cell markers directly onto whole blood. The data is then analyzed and compared to the normal ones

How does it help?

Gene expression of PBMCs

Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are key players in your immune system, including T cells, B cells, NK cells, and monocytes.  These cells are responsible for identifying and responding to abnormal cells in your body, including cancer cells.  By analyzing the gene expression of these PBMCs, we can detect the earliest signs of cancer before it even becomes visible in other tests.

How Is This Different from Other Cancer Blood Tests?

Some blood tests look for tumor DNA (ctDNA).
These tests usually detect cancer after a tumor is already present.
Onco-D-Clare Plus is different:

It looks at your body’s response, not tumor fragments

It can be used earlier, before tumors are physically detectable

It helps guide whether further testing is needed or not

Conditions that affects the functionality of immune system (example Costmann syndrome)

Individual under immunosuppressive or immunomodulatory treatment

Pregnant women

Patients with already diagnosed cancer

Who is not eligible for Onco-D-Clare Plus ?

Why choose Oncotrail?

Oncotrail has undergone rigorous evaluation to ensure high sensitivity and specificity, making it an invaluable tool for diagnostic purposes.

Through high-precision techniques, the test is used to monitor the effectiveness of a particular cancer treatment. This would objectively provide information on how well the treatment is going.

The non-invasive tracking of the cancer status would notify a treating physician whether to adjust current management or stay the course. This would be important to know in almost real-time rather than to find out much later that a treatment doesn't apply to a particular person.
